In order to receive your shipping kit (complimentary service) to send your watch directly to our service center and track the status of your service online, you have the two following options:

All the steps of the process will be described to guide you.  

You can send your watch directly to our service center according to the following procedure and the related Conditions of Service. 

• STEP 1: Contact us and get your shipping kit

  In order to receive a shipping kit to send your watch directly to one of our service centers, you have the two following options:

  SIMPLIFY YOUR REQUEST: Visit our Service Price Calculator and request your shipping kit online.

  OR

  FILL IN THE SERVICE REQUEST FORM: Kindly fill in the Service Request Form and send it by email or contact us by phone at:

  WE WILL THEN SEND YOU A SPECIAL PREPAID SHIPPING KIT.

• STEP 2: Watch packing

  1. Take a picture of your watch (front and back) for your records

  2. Keep a copy of the service request form

  3. Place your watch in the shipping kit, as per instructions, along with:

  • the completed and signed request form
  • the printed Service Price Calculator pre-estimate (needed for service cost pre-approval)
• STEP 3: SHIPPING

  Send your package using the pre-paid label included in the shipping kit (complimentary service). You may arrange the collection of the package with the carrier at your convenience. 

• STEP 4: DIAGNOSIS AND COST ESTIMATE

  Within 5 business days of receipt of your watch, a diagnosis will be performed to determine the type of service required.

  If you did send a pre-approved cost estimate:

  • and the pre-approved amount is sufficient to perform the necessary intervention further to the diagnosis, it will be performed immediately after diagnosis without sending another cost estimate. You will receive the corresponding invoice (unless your watch is under guarantee).
  • and the amount of the estimate is higher than the pre-approved cost, you will receive an updated estimate for approval.

  
  

  If you did not send a pre-approved cost estimate (in case of vintage watches):

  • you will receive an estimate for approval.

  
  

  Handling and freight are free of charge.

• STEP 5: SERVICE

  Your approval of the Cost Estimate will be required to be able to proceed with the requested service (unless your watch is under warranty or if the amount of the estimate is aligned with the pre-approved cost).

  If you refuse the Cost Estimate, we will not perform any services and will return your watch in the condition that it was received.

• STEP 6: PAYMENT

  Once the intervention is completed and if applicable, the payment (bank transfer) will be requested.

  For Italy only: once the intervention is completed and if applicable, the payment will be requested on delivery (cash on delivery).

  
  

   

• STEP 7: DELIVERY

  We will proceed with delivering your timepiece after payment is received. Shipping details will be confirmed.

  For Italy only: you will make the payment of the intervention at the time of delivery (cash on delivery).
