Jaeger-LeCoultre lives throughout generations. For many years now, La Grande Maison sets as a priority to invest resources in education. By joining forces with schools and universities, our Maison wishes to contribute raising the generation of tomorrow. As part of our commitment, above all, we support apprenticeship programs in partnership with the Ecole Technique of the Vallée de Joux, an essential actor in the life of the Vallée de Joux and an invaluable source of talents for our Maison. Since 1993, young generations of watchmakers have been trained at our Manufacture. In 2021, the extension of the Jaeger-LeCoultre training center has allowed the expansion of our educational programs in watchmaking, micromechanics and quality, extending to new internal training programs.
