A new chapter in your watch journey

You are kindly invited to bring the timepiece you would like to trade in to one of our participating boutiques. Our team of dedicated sales associates will guide you through the exchange process and assist with the selection of your next Jaeger-LeCoultre timepiece.

STEP 1: DROP OFF

Simply drop off your luxury watch to a participating Jaeger-LeCoultre boutique along with its box and original papers. Share with our sales associates any alternations or service information you may have on the piece.

STEP 2: VALUATION

Watchfinder will provide an estimate based on the percieved value of your pre-owned timepiece, taking into account its condition and demand. Our sales associates will notify you of this estimate and will be happy to provide additional information on the part exchange process.

STEP 3: EXCHANGE

If you choose to accept the estimate, your Jaeger-LeCoultre watch will be shipped to our partners at Watchfinder for an inspection. Following the inspection, Watchfinder will present a final offer on your part exchange and the balance will be applied towards your next purchase.
