Send my watch for service

In order to receive a shipping kit to send your watch directly to one of our service centers, you have the two following options:

SIMPLIFY YOUR REQUEST: visit our Service Price Calculator and request your shipping kit online

OR

FILL IN THE SERVICE REQUEST FORM: Kindly fill in the Service Request Form and send it by email or by phone at +81 120 79 1833.

We will then send you:

• a special prepaid shipping kit
• a service request form
• a pre-paid label
• a return envelop

1. Take a picture of your watch (front and back) for your records

2. Keep a copy of the service request form

3. Place your watch in the shipping kit, as per instructions, along with:

• the completed and signed request form
• the printed Service Price Calculator pre-estimate (needed for service cost pre-approval). If you do not have access to a printer, please indicate the pre-approved amount from the Service price calculator.

Send your package by choosing one of the following options:

• Our carrier (using the pre-paid label included in the shipping kit): shipping fees will be at our cost.
• Carrier of your choice: shipping and insurance fees will be at your cost and Jaeger‑LeCoultre will not be held liable in case of loss, damage, theft or any other deterioration of your product during transportation to the Jaeger‑LeCoultre Service Center.

Within 5 business days of receipt of your watch, a diagnosis will be performed to determine the type of service required.

If you did send a pre-approved cost estimate:

• and the pre-approved amount is sufficient to perform the necessary intervention further to the diagnosis, it will be performed immediately after diagnosis without sending another cost estimate. You will receive the corresponding invoice (unless your watch is under guarantee).
• and the amount of the estimate is higher than the pre-approved cost, you will receive an updated estimate for approval.

If you did not send a pre-approved cost estimate (in case of vintage watches):

• you will receive an estimate for approval.
• Handling and freight are free of charge.

Some watches (vintage or complicated watches) have to be sent to our Manufacture in Switzerland for diagnosis. In such cases, the lead time to obtain a cost estimate is a minimum of 3 to 5 weeks. If this applies to your watch, by signing the estimate, you are giving the approval to send and service the watch.

Your approval of the Cost Estimate will be required to be able to proceed with the requested service (unless your watch is under warranty or if the amount of the estimate is aligned with the pre-approved cost).

If you refuse the Cost Estimate, we will not perform any services and will return your watch in the condition that it was received.

Once the intervention is completed, please pay by cash on delivery when you receive your watch.

We will send your watch by Yamato Transport or our designated carrier.
