Send Your Luxury Watch for Service

For your convenience, you can directly send your timepiece for service at your local Jaeger-LeCoultre Service Centre, according to the below procedure.

Please note that only genuine Jaeger LeCoultre products (other than Atmos clocks or vintage clocks) following the Condition of Services are eligible for this service.

In order to receive a shipping kit to send your watch directly to one of our service centers, you have the two following options:
SIMPLIFY YOUR REQUEST: Visit our Service Price Calculator and request your shipping kit online
OR
FILL IN THE SERVICE REQUEST FORM: Kindly fill in the Service Request Form and send it by email or contact us by phone at 1877-4201.

We will then send you a special prepaid shipping kit.
Once you have received your service shipping kit:
1. Take a picture of your timepiece (front and back) for your records
2. Securely package your timepiece in the shipping kit as per instructions, along with the completed and signed Service Request form

Should your timepiece still be within the original International Limited Warranty or within the Intervention Warranty period, please ensure to include a copy of your completed Warranty card or a valid proof of purchase/service.
Once you have received your service shipping kit, please contact Jaeger-LeCoultre Client Relation Service, so that we can schedule a complimentary collection with our courier on your behalf.
Within 5 business days of receipt of your watch, a diagnosis will be performed to determine the type of service required. Your cost estimation preview from the Service Price Calculator will be considered as pre-approved amount.
If the watchmaker’s diagnosis confirms that only the service and component(s) you requested is/are necessary, or the required works are covered under warranty, it/they will be performed immediately after diagnosis without sending you a cost estimate. After the service is completed, you will be charged for the service(s) as indicated in the Service Price Calculator (unless your watch is under warranty).
If the amount of the estimate is higher than the pre-approved value, you will receive an updated estimate for approval.
In the event that you refuse the Cost Estimate, we will not perform any service and will return your watch to you in the condition it was received.

Some watches (vintage or complicated watches) have to be sent to our Manufacture in Switzerland for diagnosis. In such cases, please note that the lead time to obtain a cost estimate is a minimum of 3 to 5 weeks.
By continuing and shipping your watch to our Service centre, you agree with sending your watch to Switzerland if a further diagnosis at our Manufacture is necessary.
Handling and freight are free of charge.
The approved service intervention(s) will be performed accordingly.
Once the intervention is completed and if applicable, payment will be requested by wire transfer.
Following the receipt of payment, your timepiece will be securely shipped to your return delivery address.
