OVERVIEW
HONOURING UNIQUE KNOW-HOW
This year, Jaeger-LeCoultre honoring the Atmos clock will participate in the Homo Faber Event in Venice this spring, from 10 April to 1 May on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore. This international exhibition brings together the work of more than 350 designers and artisans from more than 30 countries to highlight the importance of safeguarding craftsmanship and ensuring their transmission to new generations.
WATCHMAKING SAVOIR-FAIRE
Chosen for its unique savoir-faire in watchmaking, Jaeger-LeCoultre is one of 14 luxury Maisons featured in the Genealogies of Ornament pavilion curated by expert Judith Clark. Through the Atmos collection, we will pay a stunning homage to the intricate craft skills that lie behind the creation of luxury pieces.

WATCHMAKING
THE ATMOS CLOCK : AN UNPARALLED OBJECT
To honour our unique watchmaking savoir-faire, our Maison has decided to highlight the Atmos collection during this international exhibition and thus explore the deep connection between craft, the arts and the design world.
UNIQUE SENSE OF STYLE
This timeless clock inspired many renowned artists and designers as it unites traditional craftsmanship with a unique sense of style. This object transcends time. It is a clock from the past and the future.

COMPLICATED CLOCKS
As our finest complicated wristwatches, the Atmos clock can feature complications. As the perfect example, the Atmos Atlantis du Millénaire can accompany its owner into the fourth millennium. A true technical prowess. It indicates years on a graduated dial from the year 2000 to the year 3000, with a hand that will complete three rotations of the dial in a millennium. It also displays the hours, minutes, months, and moon phases.

A FABULOUS PIECE OF ART
The same artistic imagination and delicate craftsmanship have been applied to the Atmos that La Grande Maison devotes to our most refined wristwatches. On the Atmos “Le Baiser” (see right), over 1,200 tiny pieces of wood, individually cut and either left in their natural state or covered with gold leaf in the manner of Klimt himself, before being glued together, carpet the its cabinet with a splendid entirely hand-made marquetry motif.

ATMOS RÉGULATEUR ‘CHERRY BLOSSOM’
In 2022, continuing the story of the remarkable Atmos clock as an objet d’art, Jaeger-LeCoultre presents a new Métiers Rares expression in a unique piece at Homo Faber in Venice, Italy.
