Our Maison applies the Richemont Group Standards of Business Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC), Raw Material Sourcing Policy, Procurement Policy, and Human Rights Statement.

This set of codes ensures consistency in our commitments to Business Ethics, Labour & Human Rights and Environment protection across our operations and business relationships.

Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Sourcing policy allows us to deeply understand our precious stones and metals supply chains from mining to retail and to work towards more traceability throughout these chains.

Our Maison maintains solid relationships with trusted suppliers and know all our suppliers and subcontractors dealing with gold.

Through a “Know Your Counterparty” (KYC) system that is monitored on an annual basis and documented, we strive to understand our partners as well as their respective supply chains.

We encourage our suppliers to develop joint efforts that will benefit the greater good.

Always conscious of reducing our carbon footprint, we adopt the highest standard in our leather sourcing. 

All our bovine leathers come from European suppliers.

To ensure animal welfare and minimise our environmental impact, as part of the Richemont Group, we join the Leather Working Group (LWG) and International Crocodilian Farmers Association (ICFA) certifications.

In addition, we are fully compliant with CITES regulations that govern the supply of exotic leathers. Our alligator straps are from the species Alligator Mississippians, compliant with CITES Annex II.
