Return forms

The Jaeger-LeCoultre Client Relations Center will not accept articles that were purchased at a Jaeger-LeCoultre boutique or authorized retailer. These articles must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Only products in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original Jaeger-LeCoultre box and delivery package, including all accessories and documents are eligible for return.
