Memovox Speed Beat GT
Launched in 1972 and produced that year only, the Memovox Speed Beat GT owes its name to the size of its oval case and the high frequency of its movement. GT, standing for Grande Taille, refers to the resolutely large dimensions of the case, while Speed Beat poetically alludes to the rapid beating of the watch's heart. For the man who lives a busy and fast-paced life, as stated in a 1970s ad, the Memovox Speed Beat GT is the perfect companion.
Equipped with the high-frequency automatic Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 916, the watch is fitted on a new black calfskin leather strap.

FOR THE MAN OF ACTION
With its oversized pebble-shaped case, the Memovox Speed Beat GT presented a pioneering design at the time of its launch. Playing with shapes, the thin round bezel is fitted on an oval case and offers a contrasting effect of mirror-polished and brushed finishes. Thanks to its rounded contours, integrated lugs and white dial with vibrant blue accents, the Memovox Speed Beat GT pushed creativity to new limits.
