Monoface Small Seconds
In keeping with the aesthetic codes of the first edition of 1931, the Reverso Tribute Small Seconds is enriched by a new model in pink gold with an ultra-thin 7.56 mm case. On this model, the colour of its sunray dial is fascinating. A deep burgundy, resulting from a process that consists of applying successive layers of lacquer while respecting different drying times. The result is astounding on the eye. The color changes under the play of light and takes on particular reflections, giving the watch its distinctive character. In addition to its customisable reverse, it can change style in an instant thanks to a matching pair of interchangeable burgundy straps: a bi-material strap (leather/canvas) and a timelessly elegant leather strap designed by the famous Argentinean bootmaker Casa Fagliano.

DESIGN
THE MODERN ICON
The Reverso Tribute Small Seconds continues the story of colour that began in the early years of Reverso, when this icon was adopted beyond the polo fields. More contemporary than ever, the sunbrushed dial’s variations create a contrast with the clean symmetry of the Reverso design.
24 LAYERS OF STYLE
Requiring a high degree of skills, the burgundy lacquer dial complements the pink gold case. Meticulous process, up to 4 layers of coloured lacquer are applied to create the desired tone, followed by up to 20 layers of translucent lacquer to add visual depth. The lacquer is polished to mirror-like perfection, adding a final sense of intensity.

THE SOPHISTICATED CASE
This timepiece achieves a rectangular refinement thanks to its 7,56 mm thickness case. Highly ergonomic, the complex slide-and-swivel mechanism - composed of more than 50 components -, follows the natural curve of the wrist. This 90 years old mechanism is crafted to perfection, even the inside of the cradle is sublimated with a sunray engraving.

STRAPS
DESIGNED FOR REVERSO
Evoking the exclusive world of polo, the Reverso Tribute Small Seconds is paired with two matching straps designed by Casa Fagliano, creating a unified aesthetic and strong sense of style that underlines the timeless modernity of the Reverso design.

FUNCTIONS
TICKING EVERY SECOND
With an elegant simplicity, hours and minutes are indicated by dauphine hands while on the lower half of the dial, the circular track of the small seconds display – pure expression of its mechanical movement - provides a counterpoint to the linear geometry of the dial and case.
CALIBRE
A RECTANGULAR HEART
The manually wound calibre 822 that drives the Reverso Tribute Small Seconds is the epitome of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s philosophy. Entirely designed, produced and assembled in-house, calibre 822 is an uncommon rectangular movement allowing it to fit in the Reverso case.

HERITAGE
BORN OUT OF A CHALLENGE
Created in 1931, Reverso has remained eternally modern. In 1991, coincided with the rebirth of mechanical watchmaking, the Reverso embraced its potential. It became the vehicle through which the Manufacture would redevelop its expertise in high complications despite the added challenge that rectangular movements dictate an entirely different architecture from that of the round movements that had traditionally been used for complications.
